All remedies for any violations of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be cumulative and not exclusive and shall be in addition to any other remedies provided by law. Any person found to have violated any provision of this Chapter may be punished in accordance with Paragraph 1-4-10(a)(1) of this Code. Any penalties or fees due and unpaid hereunder shall be a lien upon the property and are collectible as provided in Section 4-1-90 of this Code or as may otherwise be provided by law.
