The enumerated foregoing unlawful practices notwithstanding, it is unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this Chapter, and any violation shall afford the Town any and all of the remedies as otherwise provided by law. (Prior code 13.12.120; Ord. 1288 §1, 2008)
