The organizers of any major festival event shall notify the Town Manager in a timely manner but not later than the prior year’s initiation of the Commission for Community Assistance, Arts and Special Events calendar date application process. The notice shall fully describe all anticipated community impacts, and shall propose impact control and mitigation measures responsive to Section 11-4-60 below. The event must be granted scheduling approval from C.C.A.A.S.E prior to being granted a permit under Section 11-4-60. (Prior code 12.12.020; Ord. 1288 §1, 2008)
