All privately owned public utilities engaged in business within the Town shall give notice in writing prior to placing any poles, mains, cables, structures, pipes, conduits or wires on, over, under or within the Town’s open space or park zone. Approval by the Town Council is required prior to the placement of any poles, mains, cables, structures, pipes, conduits or wires on, over, under or within the Town’s open space zone or parks.
