A copy of such order shall be served upon the owner of the lot affected, or upon the agent of such owner, either by the Director of Public Works or the Town Marshal; or, in case such service cannot be conveniently made, the order shall be published for one (1) week in a newspaper of general circulation published in the Town, which publication, after the expiration of one (1) week, constitutes due service upon the owner of the lot.
