If any person violates any of the provisions of this Article in the laying or repair of any sidewalk, or interferes with or obstructs any employee of the Town or any contractor under contract with the Town engaged in the laying or repair of any such sidewalk, he or she is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to the maximum penalty provided for in Paragraph 1-4-10(a)(1) of this Code.
