The use of the Town seal and the impression thereof is authorized and directed whenever and wherever the seal of the Town is lawfully required, and the use of such seal and the impression thereof made, and the use of any seal and any impression similar thereto used and made whenever and wherever the seal of the Town was lawfully required, in 1909 and before the effective date of the initial ordinance codified in this Article, is confirmed, ratified and approved.
