All ordinances and penalties as contained in this Code shall fully apply to and govern all activities and uses on all municipally owned park and open space lands located beyond the geographical boundaries of the Town in the same manner as if such lands were located within Town boundaries, as authorized by Section 31-25-216, C.R.S. (Prior code 1.04.210)
