The Mayoral seat shall become vacant whenever the Mayor is recalled, dies, becomes incapacitated, resigns or ceases to be a resident of the Town. The Mayoral vacancy shall be filled by the Mayor Pro Tem until a new Mayor is elected. (Amended 11/2/93)
