At each organizational meeting the Town Council shall elect from among its membership a Mayor Pro Tem who shall serve until the next organizational meeting of the Town Council, or until removed from that position in accordance with this Charter. The Mayor Pro Tem shall retain all powers, rights and obligations as a Councilperson. (Amended 4/5/83)
