The Town may borrow money and to evidence such borrowing may issue the following securities in accordance with the provisions of this section:
A. General obligation bonds and other like securities;
B. Revenue bonds and other like securities;
C. Special or local improvement bonds and other like securities;
D. Short-term notes.
