§ 25-7-402. Definitions

As used in this part 4, unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Evaluate" means to review wood-burning appliances' emission levels, as determined by an independent testing laboratory, and compare the emission levels to the emission performance standards established by the commission under section 25-7-403.
